The technician came out to do a tune, but apparently, he did not check for anything else. Saturday, June 9, 2018 I called assure comfort, cooling system was not working properly and all the freon came out. On Monday June 11, 2018 another technician came out and he found the problem. He charged me $118 for 2lbs of freon. I felt this was not right since the technician that came out on June, 8 2018 did not check the unit like he should. I am not a very happy customer.
