During our bi-annual it was pointed out that one of our a/c units was near the end of its life. He (Tim) called and made an appointment for someone to review our situation and make recommendations for replacing the unit (John Bernier). John came the same day and laid out our options. We selected one; John the called and to set up date for install, and, to our surprise, the installation could be done the next day. On the day of install the technicians (Hector and Camacho) arrived on time and did a very professional job with the installation. We were impressed with there professionalism, knowledge of the job and absolute politeness with both Hector and Camacho. Based on all individuals associated with the installation of the new a/c unit, we would highly recommend Assured Comfort.
