The suggested repair was not necessary to get my heat back on; I got a second opinion and I did not tell the new tech anything other than my heat would not come on. The new tech saw that two wires was not connected for which he connected them, and "boom" my system is working fine. Blower kicks on and heat starts to flow.

I cannot not believe that the first Tech from your company did not see this. The tech only gave me 4 options to repair, starting with low-price of $700+ up to $3500 for full replacement; when I only needed the wires connected. Very poor service and borderline dishonesty. I will not use this firm ever again nor recommend it.
