When we purchased our home in north west Cobb, our realtor gave us a name of another company. Every time they came, you could tell they were on commission. I just did not trust them. Shawn who lives 2 door down, works for this company & he is supper honest. My lower heating unit failed, Tim came out, checked everything could not find what was wrong, he checked the exhust pipe, my grand son (5) put a rock in it. Tim could have told me any thing was wrong and I would have said fix it, but he took the rock out and the unit is fine. I think my other company would have put the rock in his pocket and charged me big bucks for a dishonest repair. Tim is super honest, I trust this company. All you can ask for, is a honest tech & that is Tim.
