I have to say that I am very impressed with the knowledgeable technician that Assured sent out to my house. Chris was very personable and informative. He walked me through every step, and provided timely advice that other service companies never spoke on. When up-selling services it didn't come off as pushy, and I was glad to hear that the company supported the troops by donating a portion of the proceeds from the extended service plans. Being an Air Force veteran, it is always great to see and feel the support of our country.
