We have been a contractual customer for several years. What a wonderful surprise when Chris Townsend came out to our home. With his level of knowledge and his ease of completing his job, we thought he had been at the company for a very long time. To our surprise, he had only been with Assured for a few months and was being trained in HVAC by the company. What a smart way to do business!! Chris is a very valuable asset to this company and we look forward to him servicing our HVAC in the future.
