Our upstairs HVAC unit was leaking freon. It's a zoned system, and it stopped cooling several of our upstairs bedrooms on a fairly warm night. Assured's technician was at our house the next day. He was very prompt and professional. He repaired the unit in a few hours. Now it blows colder than ever. We've actually had to turn the thermostats up because the rooms are now getting colder with the settings that we used to use. The freon leak was probably affecting the system's ability to cool the areas. We are very pleased with the result and with the service. Highly recommended.
