Good Second Experience With A More Informative Technician
I had a mixed experience. I reached out to them when I was having a problem with my air conditioner. The air outside was cooler than the air inside my house, so I needed to have the repair work done quickly. The first technician they sent out was unable to fix the issue. He told me that there were ants inside of my air conditioner, but he didn't have the right equipment to get rid of the ants, so I had to schedule another appointment with them for a different day. The second technician who was out here was on-site until 11:30 at night. Although it was late in the day, he did get the problem solved. He brought bug spray to kill the ants, and he placed a gadget in the air conditioner to keep the ants out. He explained to me that the problem was fixed for now, but that I might experience it again in about six to nine months. This technician was much more informative, and he was better prepared than the first technician. I'm happy that the air conditioner is working, but I don't think I should have been charged for both appointments since the problem should have been resolved the first time.
