We were both extremely pleased with the help we received from Assured Comfort. We were very unsure about the service we received from another company. They told us a coil needed replacement and my mom needed a complete new system. We did not believe this and I called Assured Comfort. Scott Thomas was sent to check out the AC system.
He explained what was wrong concerning leaks. He was very patient and kind with my elderly mother. He made everything clear and understandable.

I then called back my mom's maintenance company and told them the results of the inspection. They sent a repairman and he confirmed Scott's findings.
They have now repaired the problems (at no charge!).
Without Scott's help I think they would have ripped off my mom for a new system.

I cannot thank your company and Scott Thomas enough for the help we received. It saved us a ton of money and worry. We will certainly use your company in the future.
