I called the office of assured heating and air.I got the number off a bill board. It really caught my eye because it mention military discounts. Well they called me back and set up for a tech to come check out my system. The tech did give us 3 options. We chose to have the unit clean and fill with coolant. Hey explain the unit was to be taken apart to do that. He show a picture of my system really dirty. We didn't know if it was or not because we didn't see it or no anything about air conditioner units. My husband goes out to check on the progress. The tech was spraying the unit clean and didn't take the system apart. At the end of the day it cost us $409. And nothing change. It still warm in my house and we feel like we're taken advantage of. Sad and bad business for the company.....
