Ray with A-Pro Home Inspection Denver inspected a condo unit for me. I was not able to attend the inspection myself and had someone there with him. I think his inspection was limited due to the HOA. He did the best he could under the circumstances. He emailed me the inspection report. This condo unit is old and as a result, would need some work. I did purchase the condo and will be moving in soon.
