A realtor told me about A-Pro Home Inspection Denver and everything was smooth from start to finish. The inspector showed up on time and was very thorough. As we did the walk-through he explained things that he was finding that could be fixed or needed attention. He suggested what he would have done to it. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The book we received was helpful and the presentation was great. It was well put together and very informative. My only suggestion would perhaps be a quicker time frame to receive it. We closed on the house in October and we didn't receive the book until a month and a half later. However, it may have got messed up with the mail because we did not take immediate possession so I'm not sure about that. All in all, everything was very good and I would highly recommend A-Pro Home Inspection Denver.
