I'm currently in the market to purchase a home, and I hired A-Pro Home Inspection Denver to do a home inspection for a property that I was considering buying. What was typed on the paperwork versus what my Realtor told me were a couple of different things. The report stated that the electrical box is old and that it may need to be replaced. My Realtor said that since the house had copper wiring it would be okay. I wasn't there for the inspection, so I don't know if the inspector told her it would be okay or not. The house was built in the late '70s. I'm still planning to purchase the home. A-Pro Home Inspection Denver found water damage in the closet and some caulking that needed to be done. They did an excellent job. They were thorough. There is just some confusion between what the Realtor, who was there during the inspection, told me and what the report actually said.
