This is the first time I used A-Pro Home Inspection Denver, and I have no qualms about giving this company Five Stars all around! Because Ray was so thorough in his inspection of the property, I was able to buy an extremely beautiful home on a half acre lot for a very good price. And, be very certain of what I was getting.

He arrived at the inspection early, and already had the roof inspected by the time I got there. He not only did his independent review and inspection of the property, but also went over two previous inspection reports provided by the Sellers. He caught several items missed by those other inspectors. He took his time, and brought out Radon Detection Equipment, and left it there at the site for several days, to make sure that there was no problem. He referred a sewer scope contractor just to make doubly sure that the drainage system was in good working order.

He was very easy to talk to, and when I asked him a very frank question, "Would you buy this house?", he gave me a direct answer. This really helped guide my decision making process. He is a super kind, and genuinely good person, and I am so appreciative of the lengths he went to, to help me know exactly what I was buying.
