A-Pro Home Inspection of Denver is a horrible company and they made a huge mistake during the inspection of my current home that I purchased a couple months back. They were recommended to me by my realtor so I decided to go with them and we set up a time for the inspection to be done of our new home. After the inspection was completed, the inspector let us know that there was really nothing to be worried about in the home. Now, a few months after that inspection, we noticed that one of the bathrooms has major water damage and rotting floors because of it! The damage is huge and I don't understand how a "reputable" company could miss something of that degree. I would have not purchased the home if I was aware of this which is very very disappointing. I would never use them again and will be warning others about their terrible work.
