I have used the services of A-Pro Home Inspection twice. The first time I called them myself and they did a great job on the inspection. It was thorough and detailed. However, in the end, the landlord backed out of selling, so that was that. This time around, they were called in to do the inspection by a realtor. It was the same guy who came out to do the job. He's a very nice guy. He did an okay job with the inspection, but it did seem a little cursory. I pointed out a few things that I thought might have been overlooked. The follow through on it is also a little dissatisfactory. I still haven't got a copy of the report.
