Our contractor, who is an old and trusted family friend, recommended we meet with Computer Design Kitchen Center to plan our 2014 kitchen remodel. We made an appointment to meet with Scott Krul. We immediately felt comfortable with Scott and enjoyed meeting with him in his office versus a big box store where you feel like a number. Scott listened to our needs and took the time to develop a comprehensive plan. We had a potential layout in our head and based on the precise software program Scott used he was able to tell us it wouldn’t work. I was so disappointed but Scott was able to recommend a better solution where we flipped our kitchen and dining room. This way we were able to have an island and an eat in kitchen. One quick call to our contractor confirmed it would be a possible change. The software is amazing-they can print out 3D views of how your new kitchen will look. Scott was patient and let us take our time to make choices around cabinets, colors, and counter-tops. He led with his recommendations based on his professional and personal experience. Never once did we feel like he tried to upsell us. They were right on with their delivery timing and personally delivered the cabinets. There were a couple doors that needed the paint to be evened out and Scott took care of it right away, having new doors delivered while we were still completing the project. He was able to recommend the right extra touches that have created our custom kitchen look. Loved working with Scott and his team, they were very accessible and approachable via email or phone. It was well worth the drive. We absolutely love our new kitchen, it has made such a difference for our family! I have recommended them to multiple friends who are looking to renovate.
