His design advice, knowledge, professionalism, customer service and his patience was more than we could have ever asked for. Michael was available at every step of the process. And he was so prompt in replying to my questions and/or concerns; and I know I bothered him a lot. He always made me feel like the most important customer. This is a rarity these days in my experience.
