I called these people for a sewer line cleaning and when the guy came out I showed him into the crawlspace and was talking to my neighbor in the yard when we heard a really loud bang from under the house. I said that doesn't sound good and then the AAA tech came out from under my house and said did you know that the sewer stack under your house is broken , uh no I did not and I was just down there.
Did you snake out the line (granted he had been down there 10 minutes) he said yes and I got a few roots out but not much I can fix that stack for you for about $1000
I said no I'll fix it myself, which I did and guess what the line was still backed up and they had to come back out and I watched while they ran it 3 more times because the roots were so bad clogging the line.
Ya these people are the worst of the sewer people I have ever dealt with and I have used a company every year for the last 15 years to run my line. They also said I should replace my hole line of 40 ft for their low price of $9000 when there is only a couple spots that get roots that even I can clear with a snake . Very Very unhappy with these snakes.
