Called me back to set up an appointment right away. Technician explained everything and was clear with pricing. Only complaint is they were very late! Called once to say 30 minutes late then didn't show for 2 hours. It was during 100 degree days so understandable that they are busy. And he was very apologetic, I just wish I could have been updated more because I work too!
