First met Shawn when he came out to my rental home 3 weeks ago when A/c stopped cooling upstairs. Showed up on time. He was professional, friendly, and took his time to thoroughly check all points of system. Had all the up to date AC equipment, and talked me through each step of what he was doing, and most important in laymens terms that I could easily understand. Fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. I called him again today when my A/C @ other home had same problem. Once again, on time, friendly, checked all until he clearly discovered problem. Fixed it and again @ very reasonable price. I'm seriously recommending Shawn to all my family and friends as someone you can definitely count on when your A/C stops working. Thanks Shawn!!!!
