I was a bit concerned that BF Plumbing might not have the troubleshooting and repair expertise for my Rinnai tankless water heater. I was pleasantly wrong! Danny and helper found the issues (I had error codes 11 & 12), ordered parts, did a flush of the system and got me limping until the parts arrived and they could finish the repair.
