I called to get a Gas water heater fixed. They sent out a tec. He called me and stated that to fix the problem , the cost would start at $750.00 or I could just buy a new one with warranty. I told him that this one was 3 years old and should be under warranty. He said they don't do that. I said I didn't pay $750.00 to have this one installed. His reply was maybe that was the problem that I didn't have them install it. I told him I would pay for his service call and to leave. I called BFP Whitehouse and talked to the
guy I had talked to earlier and said I was not paying a min of $750.00 to fix the problem . He said ok goodbye. Very unprofessional. I call Parker Plumbing in Longview. They came out done what ever it was and got it going. It is still working now. They did say that there may be an inside leak in the tank and will check to see if the water heater co still has a warranty on this and they would work with them to get fixed. Very professional. I will NEVER USE BFP WHITEHOUSE again. A crook tried to sell me a new water heater instead of fixing the problem. Parker Plumbing is the way to go. Thank you Parker Plumbing
