I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler, Texas on a couple of occasions, and the last tech they sent out, Will, has been the best one I ever had. He was excellent! I had a blockage in the washing machine drain and he fixed that. Then, he worked on an outside faucet where the handle had broken off years ago. A couple of people in my family had tried to fix it, without success. But I am getting too old to be dragging an industrial hose to the other side of the yard to water my garden. So I asked him to fix it for me, and he did! He was a very nice and friendly person, and he did a great job for me. Like I said above, he was excellent, and I really enjoyed working with him!
