I've used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler, Texas before, so I reached out to them to have my kitchen faucet replaced. The work was okay, and I'd rate their plumber at about a three (out of five). I do think they charged too much for the replacement. Next time I need a plumber, I might look around for a different company.
