We had a plumbing problem where the water was backing up from the washing machine. We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler, Texas and they came out right away to take care of it for us. The problem was more complicated than it seemed and they had to go back and get some additional items, but they got it fixed for us! They were very nice people, and they worked hard to solve the problem. They did a good job for us and we were very happy with them!
