This was not our first time using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler, Texas. We called them out to work on a faucet for us. The technician was prompt, polite and professional. He was able to quickly make an assessment of the faucet and let us know what he found as well as what he could do to fix it. He took the time to answer our questions. He was respectful of our home and courteous. My only hesitation using them is that their pricing is a bit high compared to other service companies that our friends have told us about. Their work is good but I don't know if we will use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler, Texas next time.
