I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler, Texas several times and have always been pleased with their work. This time they replaced a water heater for me in a rental property. It is working perfectly. The servicemen who did the installation were knowledgeable and professional. They treated everyone respectfully and they cleaned up their work area after they were finished. I was impressed that they were on time and able to get the job completed quickly. I highly recommend them. They offer good service and quality work.
