We have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler, Texas on several different occasions and they do excellent work for us! Since we have our own maintenance department, we use them on the jobs that we can't do ourselves. The jobs that are real pains, like collapsed lines. If we can't get a snake through the line, we call them. Their employees are great about coming out quickly, and they are very good at their jobs. They are easy to work with, and they always get the job done. I highly recommend them!
