I have mixed feelings about Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler, Texas. I've used them before without any issues but this service call made me pause. They were originally scheduled for Monday evening. Nobody called to say where they were or when they would arrive, so I finally called them. Customer service didn't know what was going on and had to check the schedule. I needed to know whether or not I should expect the plumber that night. I had other things to do, like put the kids to bed. The plumber eventually came out Tuesday morning to take care of the problem. Once he was here, everything went smoothly. The guys from Benjamin Franklin do professional quality work. However, I am not entirely convinced that I'll use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler, Texas the next time I need a plumbing repair. It's about fifty-fifty right now.
