Our business has used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler, Texas many times in the past and always been well pleased. This last time we had a pipe that pulled away from a sink. The new serviceman that came to do the repair did not seem to know what he was doing. He put in a new washer and taped the pipe back together. He charged $269.00 and asked for a credit card. I had to explain we are normally billed for their services. We are planning on calling today to see if they plan to come back and finish with a more permanent repair since we have not heard from them. We are familiar with the employees who usually come and they do such a good job, we had never met this new employee and he did not seem to know how to do the repair.
