This is the second time I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler, Texas and I have been very pleased both times. This time they repaired an overflow caused by my washing machine. They arrived on time and completed the work quickly. The serviceman was courteous and very knowledgeable about the problem I was having. I highly recommend them and will call them again if I have any type of plumbing problem.
