I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler, Texas on several occasions. They were out here most recently to inspect my water heater. They only had to reset it, so that it would start heating again. I really like their ability to figure out what is wrong, and then do a good job repairing it. I have found their employees to be people who show up on time, and very professional in their attitude and work habits.
