This was our first time to use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler, Texas. We had a commode that needed to be reset, and we called them to come out and do it. They showed up on time, and were friendly people. They did a good job for us, and they also cleaned up when they were through. Overall, I really liked their general attitude. They came here on time, and took care of their business, and they were good about explaining things to us. So, I highly recommend them if you need a good plumbing company!
