The employees at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler, Texas are great. They have been out to my home several times in the past two years since we purchased it. I wouldn't use anybody else, because they are terrific. We had a pipe burst this past Christmas and they came right out and re-routed all my plumbing lines and put them in the attic. They went above and beyond for us. One of the service guys, Brandon, comes out a lot to do plumbing jobs for us and he is awesome. He takes care of everything, very knowledgeable. We have had the opportunity to meet many of their service guys and they are all terrific. I would recommend them to everyone, they give great service and the prices are excellent. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs.
