My bathtub drain was stopped up so the plumber came out right away and cleared it for me. As long as he was in the house, he cleared out the clogged bathroom sink also. He told me that they both run through the same pipe so there's no sense doing one without the other. I was happy. Then the next day a coupon for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler, Texas was in my mail. I called them up and they credited that coupon toward my bill from the day before! That made me really happy!
