This was my first time using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler, Texas and I am so glad I found them. We got several estimates on installing a water filtration system on my home. A couple of other companies came and dug up my yard trying to find the water line without any success, and they would not give me an estimate because they said it all depended on where my water line went into my house. When Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler, Texas came out they had special equipment with them that found the water line quickly and were able to give us an estimate that day. They sent an electrician out to install the power supply for the filtration system and he was so nice, he also installed an extra plug so I can have outdoor lighting now. When I called the office to inquire about them giving me an estimate I was treated very well. I shopped around a lot, lots of phone interviews and I was so fortunate to discover them. When they installed the outside component of the water filtration system they made it look like a big rock, very natural and replaced all the mulch in the area where they had worked. I would recommend them to everyone looking for a water filtration system.
