I called Ben Franklin when I had a leak in my shower. The two service men were very nice and polite but told me I didn't have a shower pan leak - that the water was coming from under the shower door (even though the door was the opposite side of the shower from the water). The leak continued so three weeks later I called another plumber who immediately found the shower pan leak. I feel like I wasted the $214 I paid Ben Franklin.
