I have 14 rental properties, and I was having an issue with one, where the tub, shower, and bathroom sink drains were backed up. The only company that resolved it was Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Tyler, Texas. I had another plumber tell us what he thought the problem was, and I thought we had the issue taken care of. Then, the problem came back on the 4th of July. That same plumber would not come out on the holiday, so we looked around and found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They were able to come out that afternoon and fix the problem. They were very good, and I was very impressed. I have other jobs already set up, or else I would have had them continue with more repairs. But, they are now at the top of my list of plumbers to call.
