I am tired of looking for plumbers, electricians and HVAC service companies. I have had several bad experiences with all 3 categories of vendors and have settled on one good one for each. I consider a good one as a company that performs a good service for a good price. Benjamin Franklin out performs my requirements, they perform a great service for a great price and it holds to my belief that if Mike Rowe promotes a company, it's because he stands behind them.
