Service was friendly & efficient / waiting 3 hours for a call was too much
I was told I would get a call between 2:00 & 5:00 PM - that is a long wait - the call came at 5:07 & left me waiting much of the day. Service was effective although the replacement bathroom faucet stem seemed VERY high for such a small item
