I had a sewer backup in my bathroom drainage area. I called Benjamin Franklin and got an appointment for the next day. They arrived within the scheduled time provided when my appointment was made. They did a quick assessment of my problem, asked questions, and then set off to fix my problem. Ken provided me with an update after they did some testing. He had two estimates for me based on where the backup was at. Thankfully, the lower estimate was able to fix my problem. They cleaned up the affected areas (tub, toilet and shower) and were gone within 60 minutes. I am totally satisfied with their work, and will call them again if the need arises. Thanks!
