We had a sewage issue at our house and we called Benjamin Franklin to help us out. Logan came in a timely manner and stayed with us for 4 hours until the problem was fixed. He discovered, after tirelessly working for hours, that the issue had something to do with work that had recently been done by Liberty Utilities. We called Liberty Utilities and they sent Danny out. He claimed that it was something they couldn’t help us with. However Logan insisted and persisted on helping us. Finally, Danny realized that it was actually their fault, and it was Logan that fixed the problem for us. Long story short, Logan never gave up on us, was very professional the entire time, and was extremely nice and genuine.
