I have had 2 service calls from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing at my home and I am very impressed with the professionalism of their entire staff. They stayed in constant communication with me the entire time they were at my home and I was at work. They even called and alerted me that they had smelled propane gas when they walked by my outside grill. They shut the propane off and advised me that the leak was from a problem with the grill itself and not to use that grill at all. THANK YOU!!!
