I looked up local plumbers in my area and then looked for a young company. I like helping businesses build. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing answered the call on my first try. Very friendly and stated that a technician will be out the same day that I called. They didn't have an exact time and said they call and text as soon as a technician was available. They did just that, I received both a call and a text letting me know Ernesto would be my visiting technician. The Text included a picture of Ernesto. I loved this feature and added to me feeling safe for whom was coming to my home. I then received a text letting me know Ernesto was on his way and arriving shortly. He entered my home with all the proper gear to protect my carpets. After inspecting the problem area, he informed what he thought was the problem and was upfront with the cost to further test and make sure. Feeling like I could trust him and agreed to the further testing, he was correct with what the problem was. He shared with me the pictures and report for insurance.

It is always a risk choosing a young company, but I am very happy that I did. They are very friendly and professional. My experience is that I find them to be honest and trustworthy.
