My 03 Honda Oddessy was in a accident and the insurance company had it towed. After the decision was made from the claim, they wanted to use PUZ'S Auto Body to do the repair and I went there to sign the authorization form to begin. I got there and their building was an old run down shack, smelling of cigarette and alcohol. The place had no AC and nowhere for customers to sit. They owner looks like he's been up all night and hasn't shaved for weeks. Based on that, I decided to read some reviews about Puz's and what I found was were comments like... "Rude", "Horrible Service", "Worst experience", "don't ever go there...". I calling with a question to get 2 tires replaced instead of one they guy got upset and said to "come and take my car else where that I'm not here to negotiate with you. We repair whatever we need to repair...". Well I called the insurance negotiator to get my minivan out of there.

Anyway, I came across Master Tech. via Google search and everything from customer service, to daily updates, to phone follow up until the repair was complete was the BEST EXPERIENCE I've ever had!!! My mini van looked newer than it ever did. They detailed the inside and out. I would definitely use them from now on and highly recommend going there to get your repairs done. You will not be disappointed! The best part is that I got lifetime warranty on the repairs they made... you can't beat that.
