The owner James himself came, and he spent a good bit of time with us.
He linked our computers so we could print from any room in the house, he also set up a sound system and our flat screen television. He even reprogrammed some old remote controls so we wouldn't have to buy new ones. He also showed me how to use my phone, informed me of a way to save on long distance calls, and helped retrieve Christmas photos from my computer after it crashed. What he saved helped pay his fee.

After James was done with the work, he tried to show us how everything worked. When we have questions-- because you can't remember everything-- we give him a call, and he's very helpful. A lot of times when you go to the store and buy something, it's nothing like what they show in the instructions. You could read a book.
