I have used them twice. The first time they service my ac unit and my vents started to leak, when I called them back they said I now needed a cap for a pipe that just stuck out of my roof.... hmmm.... then they never returned my calls.
The second time I had called because they were the ones that serviced it last to avoid a service call, which I was charged anyways.... my thermostat had gone out and the guy charged me 275 for a new one with a service fee of 123. I asked exactly what was 275 and he said So do you want me to fix it or not? I said I guess I don’t have a choice. He said sign here then, without answering my questions..... I looked up the exact thermostat he placed in and it runs $100. Now obviously I know there is going to be a mark up.... but honestly this is crazy! Not only that, there rude! I will never again contact them for any type of service as they obviously don’t care for return customers or customer service. The invoice was not even explained to me when I had questions.
