My AC developed a cracked condensation pan, which resulted in water draining into the garage. Initially diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain line (and it pretty much was), but the problem persisted. They responded promptly when I let them know that the problem was still there, and waived the service call fee. Nice to have a dry garage again!
