Really, really great! Request Dan Thomas if you can. What a wonderful professional and human being! On time, courteous, sincere, gracious and quick he was! It was an experience I was apprehensive about as I have never had to have my HVAC serviced before and he made the whole process easy, pleasant and actually down right awesome! I thought the service charge was fair as well as the time it took to fix the problem. I would highly recommend them and I would obviously call upon them again should I need to. Thanks Dan! You rock!!! Oh, and the girl who scheduled my appointment was super great too-she was very patient with me, kind and informative.
